Epoxy-polyester powder coatings
Why choose TOPO coatings?

Technical consulting from the start
We begin by understanding your surface’s operating environment—advising on texture, gloss level, color, and application method. This ensures the coating meets not just aesthetic goals, but also critical functional requirements.

Resistance that performs in daily use
Our coatings maintain durability under mechanical stress, tool contact, industrial chemicals, and heat exposure. They resist scratches, wear, and visual degradation across warehousing, manufacturing, and operational environments.

Consistent finish and application reliability
The TOPO formula delivers a uniform texture and strong adhesion—suitable for both manual and automated application. Perfect for high-volume production of enclosures, metal furniture, radiators, and home appliances.

Flexible manufacturing and fast delivery for large orders
As a producer, we can execute custom orders in specific colors, textures, and gloss levels. We deliver large batches quickly—without compromising on consistency or quality.
Epoxy-polyester coating – technical performance for interiors
TOPO epoxy-polyester coatings are designed for indoor use, where surfaces must withstand scratches, chemical agents, and high temperatures. They form smooth, consistent films with excellent adhesion, resisting fading and mechanical damage.
Widely used for finishing metal furniture, radiators, appliances, tools, and warehouse equipment, these coatings are available in both smooth and fine-textured finishes, with gloss levels ranging from matte to high gloss.
They cure in just 10 minutes at 180°C, reducing production time and energy consumption. TOPO offers fast turnaround times, the ability to match any RAL, Pantone, or NCS shade, and free samples for testing prior to production.

FAQ – frequently asked questions
What is the difference between epoxy-polyester and polyester powder coatings?
Epoxy-polyester coatings combine two resin types-epoxy and polyester-which results in balanced resistance to chemicals, mechanical wear, and heat. These coatings are ideal for interior use, especially in applications exposed to scratches, industrial chemicals, and elevated temperatures (e.g. radiators, appliances, metal furniture). They offer smooth, uniform finishes with excellent substrate adhesion.
Polyester coatings, on the other hand, are based solely on polyester resins and are engineered for outdoor use. They provide high UV resistance, moisture protection, and resistance to varying weather conditions. Commonly used on steel structures, fences, parcel lockers, agricultural machinery, and outdoor furniture.
