A high-temperature coating protects and finishes parts that heat up significantly in use.

What temperatures and applications is it for?

The polyester-silicone formula withstands prolonged operation at temperatures up to 550°C, without cracking or flaking. This shade is intended for fireplaces, barbecues, fireboxes, stove parts, exhaust manifolds and other components exposed to high temperatures. The matt, fine texture masks minor irregularities on heated surfaces well.

Parameters and application

We apply the coating electrostatically to a cleaned and degreased substrate. Signal black RAL 9004 is a classic choice for heating components, where temperature resistance and a calm, technical look matter. The coating reaches its full thermal resistance after curing in line with the product’s technical data sheet.

A technical data sheet is available for every coating in our range. Given the large number of variants we don't publish them all on the site, but we'll gladly send the relevant document on request. As standard, our industrial coatings are cured at 180°C for 10 minutes.
