Product description

The antibacterial coating combines pure white with additional microbial protection of the surface.

How does the antibacterial protection work?

The formula contains silver-based antimicrobial agents that limit the growth of bacteria and fungi on the coated surface. The protection works throughout the coating’s service life and is not used up like cleaning agents. The smooth, glossy white of RAL 9016 makes cleanliness easier to maintain and reflects light well.

Applications and parameters

We apply the coating electrostatically to a prepared substrate, with interiors of elevated hygiene requirements in mind: hospitals, surgeries, industrial kitchens, medical equipment and cleanrooms. The coating is hard, smooth and abrasion-resistant, which makes regular disinfection easier.

A technical data sheet is available for every coating in our range. Given the large number of variants we don't publish them all on the site, but we'll gladly send the relevant document on request. As standard, our industrial coatings are cured at 180°C for 10 minutes.
